The renovation of the building led to the configuration of the living spaces in order to adapt them to four units with independent access from a private courtyard. Guest access The property does not have an elevator and is on the first floor of a building that is spread over three levels. You can park your car in the private covered parking lot dedicated to LAVANDA on the ground floor, where you can access the apartment directly via a convenient full staircase. It is easy and convenient to access because the house is located right on the main street, exactly on a square with parking spaces, right next to the Tipi Tipici pizzeria restaurant. Molina Faggeto Lario can be reached by car along the Provincial Lariana from Como in about 15 minutes. Also from Como, you can take the C31 bus that leads directly to the square in front of IL GIARDINO SEGRETO, where there is a bus stop right nearby. Other things to note The nearest grocery store is located in the village of Molina in Piazza della Chiesa, which is within walking distance. Here you can also find excellent bars and restaurants such as the Tipi Tipici bar, restaurant, and pizzeria right next to IL GIARDINO SEGRETO. In the hamlet of Riva there are other restaurants and the MIAMILARYO lido with an equipped beach as well as an excellent service (by reservation) for renting boats and equipment for water sports.
