Duplex with panoramic views "La Bella Mansarda"

It can be considered an open-air museum, due to the beauty of its drawn streets and its natural surroundings. You can swim in the waters of the Mijares River, as well as enjoy its wonderful hiking trails. This beautiful duplex located in the highest part has beautiful panoramic views of the town. The space La Bella Mansarda is a cozy duplex, with all the amenities you need to relax. It is a modern, very bright and spacious home. Downstairs you will find the living room, with a large window and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is also full. On this floor you will have two bedrooms, one with a 150cm double bed, another with two 105cm beds. Also in the dining room there is a sofa bed with mattress and pillows. My favorite room is in the attic! A large space with a special room, with a 150cm bed. In addition, a corner designed for children, with children's books, puzzles and some small toys. On its terraces you can sunbathe or have a delicious barbecue with family or friends. You'll have hot and cold air on both floors to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Enjoy! Guest access The entire house can be used. The beds will have sheets according to the number of people who have booked, and towels in the same way. There are 4 beds for 6 people. If the 6 people need an extra bed, the fifth bed will be the sofa, which opens fully and has a mattress, with its equipment, pillows, sheets. There is also an electric iron in the accommodation. Ethernet connection in the dining room. Board games: dominoes, connect four, party. Other things to note The building has two floors, the duplex is a second floor without an elevator, to be taken into account for people with reduced mobility.
