Los Corales is a perfect complex nestled close to the beach. This marvelous unit is a penthouse with a small beach view, only 2 mins walk away. You have the use of a private area of the beach with a Palapa & 2 lounge chairs. The door opens into the living/dining room which has 2 sofas (these could be used as 2 twins/1 queen bed) The space This is a quaint open plan living/dining room condo with one bedroom and the two sofas can be made up as single beds or put together to make another queen bed. There is a stove, oven, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. There is a 43" plasma screen which is wall mounted allowing you to view it from anywhere within the living/dining area. There are steps to the top terrace which has shade as well as a sun area and also a BBQ. Perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There are two sofas as well as a table and four chairs. The bedroom has an a/c as well as a fan, the living/dining area has a further two fans. There are mosquito screens on all windows in the condo which allows for the sea breeze to air throughout the whole unit. Guest access Los Corales is a secure community with some restaurants on-site. Guests have access to parking, 24 hours security and a private rooftop terrace. There is a local gym (within a 10 min walk) and the joining fee will depend on how many times you wish to go (a day, week or month(s)). Within a 5 minute walk are restaurants with international and local cuisine, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and other shops. One of the best beaches on the island is just a 1 minute walk. All bars, cafes, restaurants and beach bars have free wifi. Please note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out in Cash. I will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure. Other things to note Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 18 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart. For example if you use 50 units during your stay at 18 pesos per unit that would total 900 pesos, which is equivalent to $17 USD. Electricity must be paid in cash at exit. This condo is well situated for a perfect stay, no car is needed unless you wish to explore further afield.
