Millbrook is ideally located in Little Haven within the Pembrokeshire National Park. Less than a minute will get you from our front door to the beach - perfect for ad-hoc sandy adventures! This wonderful holiday home provides exceptionally well designed self-catering accommodation which is perfect for entertaining large family groups. With a spacious open plan kitchen and living/dining space on the first floor, a seperate study, laundry room, wet room, and outdoor patio. The space Millbrook has been designed with family living in mind. Upon entering the property, you will see a large marble-tiled hallway, with ample storage for coats and boots. Straight ahead is a wet room with sink, enclosed large shower and toilet. The wet room also opens up to the back patio with a large outdoor table and sun loungers. Up the stairs is an open plan living & dining space. With lots of comfy sofas to recuperate from the Welsh water with a good book/film whilst still remaining connected to the kitchen & dining area. Upstairs also holds a seperate study/playroom with a desk, which can be used to either lock the kids away or catch up on work whilst you’re on holiday. Finally there is also an upstairs main bedroom with a king bed and en-suite. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size bed with an en-suite, 1 double bed with an en-suite, a twin room, a bunk room, and a family bathroom with bath. There is also a laundry room downstairs with washer/dryer and hanging space, accessible from the wet room. The property has both front and back patios with the back patio surrounded by high walls to allow for a more secluded area to soak up the sunshine Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Other things to note Millbrook is a luxurious Holiday Home in Little Haven, Pembrokeshire with a spacious open-plan layout upstairs creating a sociable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with friends and family, whilst the well furnished kitchen with twin ovens makes it easy to cater for everyone. Whether you're into sunbathing on the sandy beach, or getting your hair wet with the selection of local watersports, Millbrook will cater for your every need with its luxurious lounge areas and 4 high pressured showers. Marble and Oak floors are highlighted by the downlighting throughout the house, with deep, comfortable sofas for socialising in the evening. Bedrooms accommodate up to 10 in 2 ensuite king size doubles, a further ensuite 4'8" double (with restricted access on one side), a double room and bunk room. The cottage is a few seconds walk from the beach and close to the popular pubs and restaurants of Little Haven. The nearby Pembrokeshire Coast Path takes you along what has been rated the second best coastline in the world by the National Geographic Traveller magazine. The nearby town of Broad Haven has a well stocked local shop, (just a walk along the beach) and 15 minutes away the town of Haverfordwest boasts an array of stores perfect for small shopping trips, and a selection of supermarkets. Due to the upstairs living nature of the property, it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
