The space The studio apartment consists of two spaces: A small bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe. An open-plan space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts into a single bed, and a dining area. The studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. However, the space is more comfortable when the sofa is not used as a bed. For this reason, the accommodation is particularly suitable for up to 3 adults or for a family with 2 young children. Guest access There is a shared courtyard for the two residences (the maisonette and the studio), which includes a garden, a barbecue, a dining area, an outdoor shower, and garbage cans. In addition, in front of each house there is a landscaped area with a table, chairs, a clothesline and a large umbrella, which, due to its location, is used by the guests of the respective house so that they can enjoy greater comfort and privacy.
