Old farmhouse completely renovated, spacious, comfortable and quiet for visiting the area. Located in the heart of the Puisaye near Guédelon, Lac du Bourdon, Druyes the Beautiful Fountains, Le Château de Ratilly, Saint Sauveur and Vezelay. You are well located to discover our region. Walking tours are also possible in the surrounding woods. The space The entire house consists of: On the ground floor Private garden 300 m2 including a 24m2 terrace equipped with an outdoor table and 5 chairs. The entrance serves a large living room kitchen dining room (36 m2) fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 90 cm cooking piano, toaster...), laundry room (washing machine), a separate toilet and the staircase leading upstairs. Upstairs: The hallway serves the large living room (32 m2) with huge glass window and the wood burning stove (electric heaters are also present for the chilly), the two bedrooms (24 and 16 m2) equipped with storage and double beds (160*200 cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet. This former farmhouse is not home to any animals except homo sapiens sapiens visitors. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements: 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the upstairs living room.
