Near the beaches of Rodadero and Gaira and shops and restaurants, away from the craziness of the city. Master bedroom with bathroom, living room with bathroom, balcony, kitchen and cleaning area. Hace swimming pool for children, adults, jacuzzi, elevators, parking. Important: Visits are not allowed. You must pay an additional $ 14.000 for anyone over the age of four. The space It has a big bedroom with a king size bed formed by two single beds together, both with orthopedic mattresses on top and sprung mattresses beneath, feather pillows, 100 threads bed sheets and soft blankets, it's own dressing room and closet and its private bathroom. The common area include an open concept living and dining room with a balcony, a bathroom and the kitchen. In the living-dining room you will find a 3 position sofa-bed, a puff-bed, chairs, tv and a 4 seat dining table where you can work very comfortably. The open kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven and everything you need for cooking and eating. There is also a small cleaning area with a laundry and a washing machine. The apartment has a smart t.v. in the living room with Local Channels, Youtube, Netflix and a 100 Mega WIFI Internet. There are 2 air-conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, please use them responsibly and don´t forget to turn them off when leaving the apartment. Its one of the few apartments in the city that has hot water so you can take a hot relaxing bath after the sea or the pool. Guest access The entire apartment and the common zones: entrance small foot-wash, wheelchair access, entrance lobby with waiting area and security personnel (they can call a taxi to the airport or the city for you), covered parking lot, 2 lifts, wet area with swimming pool, kid´s pool and jacuzzi, big terrace on the last floor, gardens with benches, kid's playground, trash chutes, administration office and shops. For the building’s wet areas such as the swimming-pool, jacuzzi, it is mandatory to use a swimming cap, towel and bathing suit. If you do not have it, you can buy it in a shop in the same building around the corner. Please follow and respect the rules and opening hours of the building and all its spaces. Opening Hours: Monday, Closed for Maintenance. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. Sunday, 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. Other things to note IMPORTANT: IN SANTA MARTA TAP WATER IS NOT DRINKABLE. You need to buy 5 liters water plastic bags or water tanks that cost approx. from 2.500 (the bags) to 8.000 COP (the tanks) or boil water from the tap before consumption. They can be purchased at the Drugstore on the corner, at Olimpica, Carulla or Barrio Stores. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
