Welcome to our recently renovated Victorian ground floor seaside apartment in West Kirby 8 mins flat walk to direct train link to Liverpool (30 minutes) and Chester, only 18 miles away, travel by train or bus. Enjoy a south facing patio garden, ideal for morning coffee. A stone's throw from the promenade, beach and West Kirby marine lake which has it's own sailing school. See the fabulous sunsets over Hilbre Island. Numerous coffee shops, bars and pubs make West Kirby a fabulous destination. The space Our recently renovated ground floor apartment is self contained with sole use of the front south facing patio garden. The accommodation comprises a generous sized lounge with 2 large sofas, smart TV with Sky and Netflix and an open fireplace. The large bedroom has a king sized bed and ample storage. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and fitted furniture housing the wash basin and wc. There is a laundry cupboard with a washer/dryer. The kitchen/dining room is a generous size, fully fitted out with new appliances including dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table and 2 seater sofa. A small breakfast welcome pack is provided, comprising of 4 small cereal selection boxes, croissants and jams, together with a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Guest access Access is by a key entry system in the porch. The code is given on the morning of arrival. Access from 3pm. Other things to note Unfortunately we cannot accept pets due to our own allergies. We also do not permit smoking.
