It offers total privacy with one or two bedrooms (depending on the number of guests) with a double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with balcony and city views. The space IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ✔ Depending on the selected rate, guests will be provided with ONE or TWO rooms: the rate for 1-2 people provides for the use of only one room (master bedroom), the rate for 3-4 people allows the use of both rooms (master bedroom + second bedroom), each of which has a comfortable double bed. ✔ No pets allowed. This is a quiet residential area, so gatherings and parties are not allowed. ✔ Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited (smoke detectors are installed). The fine for violation is 200 euros with eviction. Guest access ✔ If check-in is at night after 11:00 pm, the "late check-in" service is available for an additional one-time fee of €30. ✔ Private parking is available in the building's basement for an additional charge of €5/day. ✔Apart from the parking lot, the EV station could be booked for unlimited recharging of an electric car for a fixed fee of €10/day. Other things to note A week before arrival, a link will be sent to fill out the online guest registration form. This is a mandatory step to get access codes and self check-in.
