We are located 3 miles from the Kingsport Greenbelt trailhead, 4 miles from Warrior’s Path State Park, and 11 miles from Bay’s Mountain Park. If you are looking for a unique experience that is centrally located to everything that the tri-cities has to offer, then you have found the right place. The space -Exclusive private access to the RV located at the rear of the home. -Self check-in with keypad or lockbox. -Dedicated parking spot right next to the RV and your private entrance. -Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, toaster oven, two burner hot plate, double sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, olive oil, and other kitchenware. -Living room dining table/workspace with surge protector and Wi-Fi. -The bedroom contains a queen bed and 2 closets with regular/USB charging ports. The living room includes a smart Roku TV, electric fireplace, couch, table, books, and board games. -Full rear bathroom with shower and extra towels. Also includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. -Outdoor area with conversation table, rocking chairs, awning, fire pit, and a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal and/or firewood. Guest access -Exclusive private access to the RV located at the rear of the home. -Self check-in with lockbox. -Dedicated parking spot right next to your private entrance. Other things to note Parking: -You have your own designated parking area to the left of the RV. The entire driveway is shared. We may bump into you on our way out but we'll let you enjoy your time in peace. Pets: -Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please be sure to clean up after your pets.
