The space +++ ACCOMMODATION +++ Bedrooms: A total of 4 bedrooms on two floors: > Upper floor: 1 room with double bed // 1 room with 2 single beds (can be pushed together) > Basement: 1 room with single bed (incl. Workstation equipped with high table/screen) // 1 room with bunk bed (width below 140 cm, above 90 cm) Living/eating: On the middle floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (GS) and a cozy Swedish stove, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Baths: On the lowest and top floor there is a bathroom with shower/toilet. Study (=Bedroom 3): Bedroom 3 also has a workspace with high table/screen. Heating: Electric, on the ground floor otherwise infrared wall heaters. Outdoor areas: Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rohn Valley from the two large balconies and the inviting terrace. Here you can relax, breathe in the fresh mountain air and admire the surrounding nature. Parking options: A car parking is available free of charge, right in front of the house. Cross Country Skiing: A circuit in Leukerbad village, two circular routes on the Gemmi. Ski tours: Ski tourers start right outside the front door. Perfect for winter sports fans! Toboggan path: The official toboggan path of Albinen leads right in front of the house. 4 simple sledges (2xBob, 2x Davoser) are available to guests for free. Winter hiking/snowshoeing: Officially marked paths in the immediate vicinity.
