Modern apartment with garden access

The apartment is located in the quiet and idyllic village of Hollstadt. The Rhön recreational area is very quickly accessible. The Rhön has beautiful hiking and cycling tours. In winter, there are also opportunities for skiing/sledding and cross-country skiing. The apartment is very well connected and is a perfect stopover for trips to the south/north. The highway is just a few minutes' drive away. The space The apartment is located in the basement of an apartment building. It has an entrance area with a wardrobe, an open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and changing table as well as a bedroom. In the bedroom is a 1.80 m bed as well as a 1.20 m bed (see photos). In addition, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people. If necessary, another guest mattress can be provided. The apartment has direct access to the garden, with a small dining area as well as a cozy seating area to linger in the countryside. The garden is not exclusively for the guests. In particular, other people may be there to water and maintain the garden. However, this can be discussed individually upon arrival. Use of the garden (in particular the existing play facilities for children) is at your own risk. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Towels and linens are provided. A baby/high chair can be provided if needed.
