Relaxation and comfort are the key to our apartment, the perfect combination for a delightful stay. 🏠 The space The apartment is located in the heart of Piancavallo: built in 1967, the Palatina building was one of the first large residential buildings in the area, right in the center. The studio apartment is arranged as follows: - Entrance with a small hallway for your jackets, shoes, and ski boots. - Living area: a bright space featuring an L-shaped sofa (extendable for extra comfort for more people) facing a 50'' Smart TV, a kitchen equipped with essential cooking tools, a dining table with chairs, and a spacious wardrobe for storing all your belongings. - Sleeping area: equipped with a double sofa bed, clean linens, and an electric heated blanket. Adjacent windows offer a splendid view of the mountains. - Bathroom: fitted with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and cabinets for your items. - Terrace: the real 'gem' is the large terrace, which offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Alps and the center of Piancavallo.
