Private Suite with Lake Access!

Escape to our cozy private master suite in a beautiful lakefront neighborhood! Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay! The space Private Space: Your private suite features a plush Nectar memory foam king-sized bed with a duvet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. You'll also enjoy a 70-inch TV with Netflix for your entertainment. The room is equipped with a coffee bar, mini fridge, microwave, dishes, fresh linens, Wi-Fi, and A/C. There's a spacious walk-in closet with a desk and a private en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Shared Amenities: Guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening. It's the perfect spot to unwind, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the serene surroundings. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including cookware, utensils, and modern appliances. Location: Our neighborhood is located on Swift Creek Reservoir! You’ll find lots of walking trails, wildlife and will have full access to the lake. We are very close to an array of local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Extras: We have 4 paddle boards that come with life jackets that you are welcome to rent for $50 each for the entire day. We will help transport them to/from the lake. During your stay I work from home, which means I am usually around to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We love meeting new people and making them feel at home. I know that staying in a stranger's house can be hard for some people, so your privacy is important to us. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, which means you will have as little or as much interaction as you want. You will have the freedom to choose how much you want to engage with us. We are here to provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities, or to assist with any needs that may arise during your stay. At the same time, we respect your need for privacy and will ensure that you have a peaceful and undisturbed experience. Other things to note My husband and I have been married for 27 years. We are really easygoing with 3 adult children who sometimes come and go. Our oldest daughter recently moved back home and has a cat that stays in her room due to allergies. Additionally, we have three very friendly dogs—a white Lab, a Golden Retriever, and a Mini Bernadoodle who stay on the main level. Our dogs are really laid back and we always try to keep them away from guests to ensure your comfort and privacy.
