House in Tralee

My home is a two storey, newly renovated terraced house located on the busy N86 road very close to the Rose hotel. The town centre, park and Manor West Retail park are a ten minute walk away. The house is also very close to the cinema, aqua dome and Tralee wetland centre . Lidl and Gally’s restaurant are just around the corner. There is also easy access to the nearby ring road for those who wish to explore other exciting Kerry locations.. The space My home is a three bedroom terraced property which has been renovated slowly and lovingly to a high spec over the past ten years. It sleeps six people. Downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room.. The kitchen has a newly fitted kitchen with Neff appliances, along with a dishwasher, washer/dryer and a microwave. The living space has a fireplace fitted with a new solid fuel stove. Under the stairs in the entrance hall is a toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs you will find the main bathroom which has a bath and a shower (within the bath) and three bedrooms …one single, one double and a large bedroom which consists of a king size bed, a single bed and an en-suite bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house including front and rear garden. Other things to note Free Parking is on the street outside the property.
