Bedrooms & Bathrooms • Main floor master suite with en-suite bath • Main floor queen bedroom next to a full bath • Loft with twin trundle bed • Walk-out basement level with queen bed + bunk beds • 2 full bathrooms stocked with towels and essentials Living & Dining The main living area features cozy couches, a recliner, TV, a stone fireplace (decorative only), open to a dining table that seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes a snack bar with seating for 3. Entertainment & Relaxation • Lower level walk-out with private entrance, living room, TV, couch, and game tables (foosball, ping pong, mini pool). • Hot tub just steps away, with towels provided. • Laundry area with washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets. Outdoor Spaces • Main deck: Adirondack rocking chairs, hammock, and gas grill with propane. • Lower deck: Adirondack chairs and hot tub. • Fire pit area: Expansive seating, perfect for coffee at sunrise or s’mores at night. (Inquire for firewood) • Lake access: Private path with handrail (approx. 50 steps with landings) leading to your own dock with deep water year-round, tanning deck, boat parking, and excellent fishing spots. Parking • 4 parking spaces available, with room for a boat trailer. • Boat rental available upon request. • Closest public launch ramp is off Highway 48 (by the south marina). Important Notes • Fireplace is decorative only – the outdoor fire pit is available for real fires (firewood can be arranged in advance). • Security: The property has a home alarm system and exterior cameras for your safety. Cameras face entrances, exits, and the perimeter only – no interior private spaces are monitored. • Path to the dock: About 50 steps with handrails and landings. It’s designed for safety and surrounded by beautiful nature, making for a breathtaking walk down to the lake. Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire cabin, including: • Spacious living areas • Game room with foosball, ping pong, and mini pool • Relaxing hot tub • Outdoor fire pit • Private boat dock with tanning deck • Laundry room with supplies • Extra cleaning essentials and toiletry necessities All of this is provided on a safe, secure property with convenient keypad code access for easy self check-in.
