The cornerstone of this building was laid on August 13, 1933, by a young Liesje Sprockel, under the guidance of her father, Mr. John Horris Sprockel. Mr. Sprockel, a notable figure in the Netherlands Antilles as the President of the Parliament, made significant contributions to both local and international communities. This rich historical background is preserved within the building’s architecture, seamlessly combined with modern amenities to offer a unique living experience. Modern Transformation In 2019, this historical building was thoughtfully converted into an apartment complex, now comprising six stylish studios and one-bedroom apartments, a business unit, and a charming patio area.
