This vintage, updated home has multiple living areas inc. living room, dining room, enclosed porch & outdoor patio with tree-lined back yard. large bedroom, shared 1.5 baths. 2 mi to Albany Medical, the VA, 1 mi to St Peter's. Approx. 1 mi (walkable!) from University at Albany main campus, Harriman State campus, groceries & nightlife. Please note that the mattress is a short queen, it's comfy but ideal for guests under 5'9. Guest access Guests will have access to over 1000 sq ft of indoor common living space, so expect lots of privacy! Guests will have dedicated space for food in fridge and cabinet. During your stay I occupy another room in the home, so I am available if you need anything! you determine the level of interaction you're comfortable with. Other things to note Please note, two sweet little kitties live here! Thermostat is not be set higher or lower from the following parameters: 55-70*F, between Sept and May. Guests must report malfunctions of heating and cooling immediately and allow host 24 hours to address malfunctions and/or personal temp needs satisfactorily.
