House on the hill

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The house is located just minutes away from the E4 and Moraberg's trading center outside Södertälje, but still out in the countryside with a stable as the nearest neighbor. Spacious location with sun from morning to evening on the balcony. To get here, you need your own car or taxi from Östertälje commuter train station. No animals allowed. Smoking only in the designated place. The space The house is rural and undisturbed outside of Östertälje. Bedroom and office space are upstairs. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Everything is shared with the host according to agreement. The household has garbage sorting that must be followed. The balcony can be used and there is a charcoal grill. Guests buy their own charcoal and lighter fluid and clean up after themselves. Parking is available at the property in the designated place. Bring your own bed linens and towels. Can be added for SEK 500 per stay (max. 1 week) If you have any questions, please contact me by email. Guest access The guest room has a bed for two people. A smaller TV is available with fiber connection for streaming. 1 Bathroom/toilet and kitchen shared by host and guests. During your stay Contact by phone, SMS or email is fine Other things to note Wi-Fi via fiber is available. Passwords are shared on site in the house, not before. After the end of the stay, the house must be left cleaned and no food leftovers may be left in the house.
