House on the hill

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house is located just a few minutes away from the E4 and Moraberg shopping centre outside Södertälje, but still out on a country building with stables as the nearest neighbor. Quiet location with sun from morning to night on the terrace. To get here, you need a private car or taxi from Östertälje Pendeltågsstation. No animals allowed. Smoking only in designated location. The space The house is rural and undisturbed outside Östertälje. Bedrooms as well as office space are upstairs. In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave. Everything is shared with the host by agreement. The household has sorting of garbage that must be followed. The deck can be used and there is a charcoal grill. Guests buy their own charcoal and lighter fluid and clean up after themselves. Parking is available at the property in the designated place. Own bed linen and towels apply. A smaller TV is available with internet connection via fiber to stream. 1 Bathroom/toilet and kitchen common to host and guests. During your stay Contact by phone, text or email is fine Other things to note WiFi via fiber is available. Password is shared on site in the house, not before. After the end of the stay, the house must be cleaned and no food scraps may be left in the house.
