Beautiful room in large house. One professional person preferred. Peaceful, clean, friendly atmosphere. The space The house is spacious and the bedrooms are upstairs. We have a nice patio with a beautiful view with trees and lots of sunshine. The bedroom to rent faces the street and a window and trees. The bedroom has its own bathroom and a walking closet. Guest access The community is very residential and safe, street is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Parking is always available right in front of the house. Other things to note I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I will accept non smoking guests, who does not drink often either.
