Welcome to our quiet apartment, perfect for two people! The new apartment is idyllically located in an old vineyard and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The interior is modern and stylishly designed, with lots of natural light that floods the rooms. Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings. The space The space The bright and modern apartment is located in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. A private entrance area with adjoining terrace invites you to linger and enjoy the beautiful view. The location of the apartment is wonderful for bike rides or hikes in the beautiful vineyards. Other excursion destinations, such as the Devil's Gorge or the city of Trier, are not too far away. In the village itself, a pedestrian/bicycle bridge leads to neighboring Luxembourg. The apartment has electric shutters, underfloor heating and a decentralized ventilation system. Bedroom s: The bright and friendly bedroom has a large and cozy double bed (1.80 m) and plenty of storage space. If required, a travel bed (max. 15 kg) including mattress can be set up (Note: the apartment is not "childproof"). Open kitchen-living room: The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. Dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker are available. The cozy dining area has a fold-out table and is therefore versatile. The adjacent living area has a large wall unit incl. books, games and a TV, as well as a cozy sofa. Exterior: The apartment has its own sunny terrace overlooking Luxembourg. The southwestern orientation is ideal to end a beautiful vacation day. Bikes can be parked / locked outdoors. Also covered when needed. A small parking area is located on the property. Larger cars can easily park on the street.
