A completely renovated and charming old farmhouse located in the hamlet of Bescherelles in the municipality of Donnemarie Dontilly (77), a pretty little town located 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, between Provins 20 minutes away and Fontainebleau 30 minutes away. In the house, you will enjoy quiet and relaxing spaces, in a natural setting, surrounded by forest, meadow, stream... To share: a large living room with sofas, TV, a garden with sun loungers and dining area, a large kitchen in an outbuilding. The space You have a large private bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed as well as an adjoining mezzanine with a 90 cm bed The bathroom is located under the mezzanine with walk-in shower, sink. Hairdryer, towels, and linens are available. The toilet is also private. Guest access The room is located in an outbuilding of the main house. The enclosed garden is shared with my house and a dining area and lounge chairs are dedicated to the outbuilding. Access to the room is direct. Free parking on site. During your stay I live on site but the house is set back. I know how to be discreet, but I'm also available if needed.
