Incorporating a Japandi style design element (Nordic + Wabi Sabi themes), our homestay is fully furnished with distinctive colours and accented with maple-coloured wood theme setup, all of which creates a nice balance of aesthetics. The space Nestled in a gated community in Austin, our homestay offers a strategic location just a 10-minute drive from Shopping Mall Aeon Tebrau and IKEA. The surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants and activities such as karaoke, massage, water adventure park etc. Accommodation Details: Cozy Austin features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests.Each bedroom is uniquely designed to ensure a relaxing atmosphere.Room 1 includes an attached bathroom, while the second bathroom is shared among other rooms. Living Room: Tastefully luxurious furniture and features a 55-inch wall-mounted TV (Netflix ready) for endless entertainment. Dining Area: Equipped with a custom-made solid hardwood dining table. Seating includes an upholstered bench seat and Rattan wood chairs, accommodating up to 7 guests. Kitchen and Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and an upmarket water purifier providing hot and cold water. Laundry facilities include a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including the outdoor porch and parking area. All amenities within the house are available for guest use. Parking Information: 1. Within the house compound: 1-2 available parking spaces. 2. Directly outside the main auto gate: 1 available parking space (Note: Parking here may block vehicles in Location 1). 3. Back door (Public area): Subject to availability. Please note that only the house compound parking is private property. Other parking spots are public areas and should be used considerately.
