Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Cape Cod style home in Philipsburg, PA. *Located 25 miles from PSU/Beaver Stadium *3 King Bedrooms *High quality sheets and hybrid mattresses *2 full bathrooms *Sunroom overlooks the fenced in backyard *Electric fireplace in the living room *Backyard includes a swing set and sandbox *4 reclining seats in the living room * Finished basement with 2 reclining seats *No checkout chores The space There are 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 on the first floor) all with King Size beds. There are also 4 reclining seats in the living room and 2 reclining seats in the basement. There is one bathroom upstairs and one on the first floor. Both have tub/shower combos. Linens are supplied. Although we don’t offer to host visiting pets, we do have a dog that lives here. She will not be onsite during your visit. She is a mini bernedoodle and does not shed. No-smoking home. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except the small office. The garage and shed are not open to guests.
