It was building 1994 so its fairly modern and was newly remodeled in 2021. Once you're on the 2nd floor, everything is on the one floor. Our guest has full and private use of the entire apartment. You will not be sharing this apartment with anyone else. We ask that you only allow 6 guests to sleep in the apartment overnight and don't allow parties. Other things to note *** NOTE 1 *** THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT. If any trace of smoke: cigar cigarette, vape or pot is detected. The guests will be charged $500 fee in order to have a professional cleaning services disinfect and eliminate the odor. *** NOTE 2 *** This is a PET-FREE apartment. Many people reserve the apt because they are allergic to pet dander. If we find traces of dander, pet fur, pet hair or food pieces you will be charged $150 fee for not abiding by the pet policy . We can not take a chance that the guest after you can tolerate these issues, so that is the reason for the extra cleaning fee. *** NOTE 3 *** No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. *** NOTE 4 *** There is INTERNET WIFI only but NO CABLE TV *** NOTE 5 *** This platform only allows a max stay of 28 day, but if you're looking for a longer-term stay, message us. The TV is a 50 inch Insignia FireTV smart TV and works with any streaming services with which you have a subscription. You are able to connect directly by logging in to the app on the TV or by broadcasting your video through the TV if your device allows ApplePlay or Android SmartCast. You can connect a laptop, tablet, or cell to the network during your stay as well. The network name and password are posted on the refrigerator. We will also send you a message the day of your check-in with that information as well.
