Guest access Guests can use entire space! Other things to note This mid-century modern style cottage is located on the southern end of Long Pond and enjoys 200+ feet of waterfront. This property offers peaceful views & spectacular sunsets on Long Pond. These views (enjoyed from cottage, decks, or dock) include loon, eagles, herons, & a wide assortment of wild life. Enjoy swimming, boating, and fishing directly from dock. The private road is excellent for jogging and walking. When driving, please keep the speed to 15MPH sign on the hill to the cottage. Incoming traffic is to yield to outgoing traffic. This seasonal cottage can sleep a total of 9 and is ideal for 2 families (main cottage and guest cottage). Long Pond, Belgrade Lakes is 9 miles long. Great Blue herons, bald eagles, loons (loons may wake you up!), moose, and deer. Kayak, Paddle Board, Fish, swim, ski, wakeboard, boat, sail, lounge from dock and waterfront. Fisherman, boaters, and water sports enthusiasts dream property. Sorry, no jet skis. Mooring and dock space for boats. Main cottage includes the living room, dining area, and full kitchen with new appliances, two bedrooms; 1 with a queen size bed, 2nd with a twin trundle (sleeps 2), and one full bathroom. Guest cottage has two bedrooms and full bath (shower). Master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, private deck, second bedroom has a bunkbed with trundle (sleeps 3). Recent updates include heating and air conditioning units in both buildings and new kitchen appliances. 2 kayaks: 1 single kayak, 1 tandem 2 paddle boards Corn Hole toss set Board games Ample parking. WIFI, cable, Washer/dryer, and efficient kitchen with basic supplies (ie. coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc). Gas grill on deck.
