It is located about 200 meters from downtown, 500 meters from the 2nd beach and very close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The entrance to the condominium is in front of Pousada Areia Branca. It has stairs and a ramp. Have a good stay! The space The house is very spacious and cozy. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, balcony in the bedrooms and entrance. Other things to note The stairs are the only weak point of our location and there are about 30 steps and 1 ramp. For this reason, we do not recommend it for people who have mobility problems.
