Located on walking distance from the beach with a private and gated parking, protected by an all-around security camera system and which also offers electric charging for your car upon request. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds of which 1 can be separated into 2 single beds, 1 large bathroom, modern living room and a spacious terrace with a direct sea view. All bedrooms and living room contain their own air conditioning and newest Smart TV with all the popular apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Guest access Rosa Holiday Villa is conveniently located at the main road which makes it easy to enter our private parking and drive to all the nearby hotspots such as OldTown Trogir, Airport, Freeway, Split downtown and various beaches. Guests can access the apartments via a private staircase, obtain the key via a coded key-box and have access to all the rooms including rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the Split skyline, the sea, some of the islands and mountains.
