Annex – Rose Cottage

Our annexe is located in a quiet village surrounded by beautiful countryside and is approached via a tree lined 200m driveway. The property is completely self contained, and has been recently completely refurbished to a high standard. There are many walks around the area with several pubs within easy reach. We have a village shop within walking distance which has a cafe and serves food. Basingstoke & Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke railway station is a 10 minute drive The space Our annexe is a well appointed and spacious one bedroom single story property with easy access, it has benefited from a recent complete refurbishment including new bathroom, kitchen, flooring and has been newly decorated. Accommodation includes a good size double bedroom which contains a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage for clothes etc. there is a good sized ensuite bathroom with large shower and heated handrail. There is a separate open plan kitchen living room, the kitchen is well appointed with numerous built in cupboards, integrated oven and cooker as well as fridge freezer, microwave and seating area for eating. The living room is cosy with two sofas and a working woodburner which guests are welcome to use. There are wonderful views from both the kitchen and living room over our gardens, stables and fields. Guest access The annexe is ground floor and guests have their own access to the property. There is also room for one secure parking space and secure storage for bikes, if required. Other things to note We have 4 horses on site, 2 dogs and 2 feral fats that you may see come and go
