Breezee Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful retreat house on Oatka Creek in Churchville, NY. Excellent location for fly fishing or to unwind in a quiet and natural surrounding. The space A small country retreat house with one bathroom on main floor (no lock on the bathroom door; other guests should know to knock) and two bedrooms upstairs (one bedroom with a queen; one bedroom with twin beds). There is a lovely back deck and patio that overlooks Oatka Creek. Breezee Cottage was once a tenant house for a large dairy farm and has well water which may have a sulfur smell at times. Drinking water is provided. There is an unoccupied chicken coop on the property and a large yard. In the spring Oatka Creek is sometimes overflowing and rushing. There is no television or internet connection at Breezee Cottage at this time. Guest access Whole house. Two stories. First floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. Second floor: 2 Bedrooms Other things to note It is a cottage style house in the country which means it is very basic but charming. You’ll find a Weber grill…so you’ll need charcoal. Window air conditioners in bedrooms in the summer. Near Genesee Country Village and Museum from which music can be heard at times. The cottage is located approximately 30 mins from Rochester and approximately 30 mins from Letchworth State Park.
