The Villa: A private experience of all 4 units at Shire Valley Sanctuary. Perfect for soulful retreats or family gatherings on the Tongue River. Experience "Second to None" peace while supporting the 307 Draft Horse Rescue. Your stay honors our Full Circle Covenant, providing life-long care for our gentle Shires. Unplug, exhale, and reconnect where the giants graze. Gather your tribe in a place where connection is the only luxury. You can always come home to the farm. The space "Villa by the River" includes the Cabin, Cottage, and RV. Share the Villa with several friends and family, enjoying the privacy of your own place while also being able to spend time with everyone else around the property. There are 5 beds - 2 queens in the Cottage, 1 queen and 1 air mattress (recommended for children as it is in the small loft space) in the Cabin, and 1 king in the RV. There is a 1/2 bathroom in each unit, kitchenette in the RV and Cabin but a full kitchen in cottage. Gas grills outside of each unit. It is all fully furnished, but if you are missing anything, shoot us a text! Only 6 total vehicles allowed during your stay. Also, we have a very strict NON-SMOKER policy. We do not host smokers. This means if you are smoker, please do not book with us. There is a $500 fine for smoking/vaping on the property and you will lose your reservation with us immediately with no refund. Guest access You will have private access to all four rental units on the property along with exclusive use of the property features for our guests. Other things to note You may notice that our rates reflect something a bit different than a standard overnight stay, and we’d love to share why. When you book a stay with us, you aren’t just reserving a room; you are stepping into a 12-acre private sanctuary that we have spent years cultivating into a place of true peace. While a traditional motel offers a place to sleep, we offer a place to wake up. Your stay here provides you with the luxury of space—space to wander, space to breathe, and space to share a quiet moment with our "Equine Therapists." Maintaining these 12 acres and providing a high-quality home for our rotating roster of horses is a labor of love, and your presence here directly supports that mission. We believe that true "Equine Therapy" isn’t just for the horses, but for the humans who get to share their fence line. By choice, we are very private people. We don't host hundreds of travelers a month; instead, we invite a select few to experience the stillness and the "magical tranquility" that make this farm so special.
