Cozy suite with private bathroom

Spacious room with private bathroom and bathtub, on the first floor of a restored, atypical and warm house. The environment is quiet and green, the house is semi-detached with some friendly and respectful neighbors. The bedroom is bright and has a good level of comfort with blackout blinds. It is an integral part of the house and does not have soundproofing, although I like to keep a calm and serene atmosphere.
