Independent apartment within a family home, renovated in 2023. At the entrance to the Maurienne on the hill of Aiton, you will have quick access to other mountain ranges. First ski resort 45 minutes away with Saint Francois Longchamps (wide choice of ski resort 1 hour drive away). Very nice walks with views around and longer hikes quickly accessible by car (Grand Arc, Belledonne, Bauges...) Sunny location overlooking the Lauzière and Chartreuse mountain ranges. The space 55 m2 fully equipped 2-room apartment: - A bedroom with the possibility of putting a crib, baby bed, or mattress - Chalet-style living/dining room, with sofa bed, open to the kitchen with central island equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop. - Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry room with washing machine - Independent access from outside the house, with small terrace, and access to the garden (which looks more like a black ski slope) Guest access Tenants have access to the entire accommodation plus the sunny terrace in front and the garden (in black slope mode) Other things to note Four-legged friends welcome only if not aggressive with whiskered friends, clean, and respectful of children. This is our family home, we don't want a big party in the accommodation, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun!
