Artist's Studio Skadar Lake is located in the beautiful fishing village of Karuč, on the shores of Skadar Lake. The house is dedicated to enjoying nature, art and cultural heritage. The building is made of natural materials with large glass surfaces that open to the courtyard, making the interior and exterior one space. The property offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. The house is full of charming improvisations that contribute to visual harmony, comfort and functionality. The space The guest is offered the interior space of the building and the terrace space. Due to the favorable climate throughout the year, both spaces have the same use value. Free private parking for the vehicle within the courtyard is available to the guest. The interior space is fluid and consists of a kitchen with a dining and socializing area, which opens to a large terrace overlooking the lake by moving the glass wall. The sleeping area, along with the work corner, is located at the other end of the room. Both spaces have views of the lake and surrounding hills. The bathroom with shower is on-site and is fully functional. The terrace is covered with a tent and extends the entire width of the building. Intimacy is provided by densely planted bamboo reeds. On the side of the building is a barbecue area. All the mentioned spaces are intended exclusively for the guest. In addition, you are able to share other interesting spaces, including a small amphitheater with 20 seats. Guest access The guest has free parking for their vehicle within the property. Access to the lake is provided, and a canoe awaits you at the dock. The entire space is located on the shores of the lake, and you can treat the lake as a large common yard. Other things to note You can use your stay in the house for swimming, canoeing, walking or exploring the lake, its rich flora and fauna, as well as interesting cultural heritage. The winter residence of St. Peter of Cetinje from the 18th century can be seen from the terrace and it takes you 2 minutes to climb to it. This place offers a spectacular view of the lake. The historic capital of Montenegro - Cetinje, with its rich museum collections, is half an hour's drive away, and you can reach the sea in an hour. There are numerous wineries, caves, a World War II monument and other attractions in the area. There is a nice family restaurant in the immediate vicinity that offers local specialties.
