My wonky cottage
My wonky cottage
Description
I love my small but perfectly formed wonky cottage set in the peaceful village of Stoborough. It’s on the outskirts of the market town of Wareham and close to the beautiful Jurassic coast line and other Purbeck treasures like Swanage, Lulworth and Corfe Castle. I love the garden even more - lots of space for children and dogs to run free, a fire pit for cooking wild meals, and an alfresco dining area with killer views. The space I enter through the back of the property into a small boot room. I have a large kitchen and dining room and a cosy lounge with a wood burner downstairs. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms - one has a large, walk in shower, the other has a lovely, free standing bath. Please note, my house is one of four in the picture. It’s the one on the left of the picture - I wouldn’t want you to think the house was much bigger than it is! The garden is long and thin and full of flowers and joy! There is a garden office with a wood burner inside and a fire pit outside. At the end of the garden are beautiful views and a fab dining area. It’s one of my favourite places! Guest access You can use it all! Please note, my neighbour sometimes uses our back garden to access her property. Don’t be alarmed if you see her walking by. Other things to note Afraid I don’t have parking on or outside the property. You will have to park 100m down the street. A bit annoying, but hopefully manageable. I also don’t have a microwave - sorry! My stairs are also pretty wonky so those with mobility considerations and small children may want to think twice before booking.
