Recently renewed apartment, located in Bica, close to some of the main points of interest, such as "Elevador da Bica", Torre de Belém", "Castelo de São Jorge", "Mercado da Ribeira", with a huge variety of restaurants, terraces and rooftops, where you have the best views of the city and where you can relax. The space Located in one of Lisbon's historic neighborhoods, where we can find both older and new urban dwellers, young creatives, a safe, central area, this space manages to offer you everything you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that as it is a historic area, the building does not have an elevator, being a 2nd floor, and therefore it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is a duplex, the upper floor has a room, with a queen-size bed to ensure your rest, in the ground floor there is an internal room (the room window faces the kitchen, but has full privacy) , also with a queen-size bed. - The apartment the access stairs are narrow. - To accommodate a spacious and comfortable queen bed, there is limited space, in one of the rooms, between the bed and the adjacent walls. The living room has a sofa bed that we can prepare if necessary, you just have to let us know at least 24hour before your arrival. All bedrooms, living room and kitchen are equipped with air conditioning, to ensure that you are comfortable in any season. The kitchen is fully equipped, with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Other things to note - Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and at an extra cost of €40. - The apartment is on a street with conditional access, where it is not possible to enter without authorization, but there is paid public parking on the street 10 minute away. - The apartment is located on a 2nd floor with no elevator. - The apartment is duplex, having a bedroom on the upper floor, the access stairs are narrow. - To accommodate a spacious and comfortable queen bed, there is limited space, in one of the rooms, between the bed and the adjacent walls. - The water heater is usually suitable for up to 4 adult showers in a row. - We are required by portuguese law to ask you to provide us with some identification information in order to complete the mandatory Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) form prior to your arrival. - The room key will only be given after the mandatory completion of the SEF form.
