The space Contractors, Professionals, Groups Our spacious 3-bed house sleeps 7 people. It has been newly redecorated throughout with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. You won’t have to worry about traffic as it is within easy access to the M1, local supermarket within walking distance plus the Kingston retail park only a 5 minute drive away! The space Welcome to our homely spacious 3-bedroom house which comfortably sleeps up to 7, with 2 free parking spaces. Inside, you'll find 3 rooms with a super king size bed, a king size bed and a small double bed. There's a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. The super king size bed can be split into two separate twin 3” single beds. Similarly the king size bed can be split into two separate twin 2,6” single beds if required, for a nominal fee covering laundering costs. Discounts available for long term stays, please just ask. Downstairs we will wow you away with our open plan living area with Smart TV, our complimentary super fast WIFI, dining area that can also double up as a work from home space, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious garden and patio to relax after a hard days work! The property comes with 1 parking spot on the driveway, and ample on street parking. On the ground floor, you will find: - A full equipped kitchen, including a fridge and freezer, 4-slice toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine, crockery, cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers. - An open plan cosy living space, with a 50” smart TV as well as a dining area for dinner with friends and family. The smart 4K TV provides access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and ITV, where you can enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. - A nice sofa bed that can sleep up to two people (depending on size) - A nicely styled toilet in addition to the family bathroom and toilet upstairs. On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom 1: Furnished with a lovely super king size bed with a pocket sprung mattress for a good night's rest, the bed can be separated into two full size single beds if needed. Please just let us know your preference( see notes). There is a vanity area that can also serve as a workstation. - Bedroom 2: Furnished with a comfy king size bed with orthopaedic firm mattress for a good night's rest, the bed can be separated into two 2”6 single beds if needed. Please just let us know your preference( see notes). - Bedroom 3: Furnished with a small double bed and a pocket sprung mattress for a good night’s rest. This room is cosy and can sleep 2 smaller people. - Bathroom: The family bathroom comes with a bathtub, shower head and toilet. You will have access to free on-street parking as well as one dedicated parking space. The house is close to a number of amenities, including convenience stores and a Tesco extra supermarket, located in the popular Kingston shopping retail park, just within minutes drive. You will hit the M1 in no time! Both the super king and king beds are zip and link. If you require 2 single beds as opposed to the super king or king bed, there will be an additional charge of £15 to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs. If you require the zip and link bed split into 2 single beds as opposed to the King size bed, there will be an additional charge of £12 to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs.
