The space The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, WiFi, smart TV, washing machine. You have 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy terrace overlooking the pool. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including private parking in the underground garage. Furthermore, they can use the four outdoor swimming pools, the garden, and the padel field within the complex. Key transfer is done through our local agency Roy 22. Other things to note To ensure a quality check-in and cleaning, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies. Please note that arrivals after 8 p.m. will be charged a €60 surcharge, payable in cash on site.
