The Annexe is a light and airy two bedroom annexe with lovely rural views and a rustic garden adjacent to the woods. There are many beautiful walks around the byways and bridleways and fishing ponds two minutes walk down the track. The nearby villages of Goldsithney and Rosudgeon both have grocery stores, pubs and post offices. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of The Annexe and garden and are free to walk in the adjacent tree field. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE The Annexe at Croft Gothal is reached via an unpaved, country track which is not suitable for low or specially modified cars. It is okay for ‘normal’ cars driving slowly. There are steps leading down to the garden which may not be suitable for small children without supervision. Dogs should be kept downstairs and off the furnishings and must not be left alone in the property.
