Immaculate and quiet with private off street parking and security system.. Oversized 3rd floor master bedroom with heat and air conditioning. Huge walk-in closet!! Safe access for valuables. Sitting area, over sized desk with Leather chair and super fast wifi! Roku T.V. Huge yard with small Koi fish pond, large fire pit area, big deck. Close to PennState Altoona, UPMC and only 35 mins to State College. Public transportation is very close. I will need access to holiday cubbie storage now and then The space This is a very large home. Most all of the spaces are shared. I host 3 bedrooms currently. I have a art studio, wood working shop, sewing room, formal dining room, large back deck, front porch, foyer, oversized kitchen that is fully stocked with every gadget you could ever want. My home offers close proximity to everything including shopping, hospitals, the highway and many things to do in the area like hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, exploring, baseball, skiing, you name it. It is 35 mins to State College, and 1.5 hrs. to Pittsburgh. There are 2 additional airports close by as well. I offer hi-speed WIFI, washer and dryer, private off-street parking, security system along with a huge yard with firepit and cornhole for my guests to enjoy. Guest access Guess are able to access the whole house except for my bedroom. Basement and craft room can also be accessed upon approval. During your stay I am a professional who works full-time and love to meet new people and give recommendations about the area or anything else if you'd like to interact. If you like your peace and quiet I can respect that as well. Other things to note 2 small breed very friendly dogs will be sharing the space. You are welcome to interact with them as much or as little as you wish to. They quickly help you forget about any bad days!
