The space Guests will have an access to entire house with its spacious bedrooms and living room. - 4 Bedrooms and 4 Beds (1 King, 2 Queen and 1 single bed with pull-out bed) - 2 Full bathrooms and a half bathroom (master’s bedroom includes a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. - well stocked kitchen, fridge with water dispense/ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle. - On-site washer and dryer. - Outside, you’ll find a charming backyard, perfect for summer evenings. Guest access One day prior to check in, you will be provided with the code to the front door. *There is no access to the basement as it is not fully furnished.* *There is no access in garage.* Note" The host upon check in,the guest accompany to show the place make sure everything organize , guest before they leave the place intact. *If you would like to have a visitors during your, you must inform us in advance and obtain our approval. Other things to note To maintain a secure premises, our house is equipped with two exterior cameras. One above the garage and on the main entrance door. The video footage will not be shared but will be recorded in case guests sneak in unpermitted items, disregard maximum occupancy, or if parties are being thrown. There is no camera within the house. **failure to comply with house rules will result in extra charges unless otherwise discussed and approved by host in advance.** IMPORTANT NOTICE: *Our house can accomodate until 10 guests but theres an extra charge 50 per guests. *Guest shoes not allow inside the house. *Our house is not kids friendly have a glass railings and long stairs. *Late check out penalty $50.00 *Early check in charge $ 50.00 - No shoes allowed inside the house. - No pets are allowed inside the house. Failure to adhere may be subject to an additional fee of $250. - No unregistered guests . ONLY the original groups of people indicated in the reservation will be accepted additional fee$ 250. - No parties or events. - No smoking or drugs. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - Turn off all appliances and lights before check out. - Take out all the garbages. put in designated bin on the side entance.
