A beautiful living room (sofa bed) opens onto a green and individual terrace of 19 m2. A spacious bedroom (160/200 bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet and individual garage. Storage Linens/towels provided The space The bright living room thanks to its 3 large windows welcomes you with a sofa bed (quality bedding for 2 people, with mattress topper also on request), a nice coffee table, a club chair, a TV cabinet, a table for 4 people (extendable), nice shelves, various readings, games and others provided for both young and old. This pretty 22 m2 living room opens onto a 19 m2 private green terrace. Then there is a beautiful spacious room with a large bed, armchair and wardrobe. A fully equipped and furnished kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, induction stove, freezer... oven...), supplied with salt, pepper, oil, sugar... awaits you to make good dishes. If you wish, you can order (24 hours in advance) dinner platters, cold meats, cheeses or salmon, and also breakfasts, rates on request. A beautiful bathroom, double sinks, with storage, large shower and large mirrors. A separate toilet, with hand basin. As well as a large individual garage of 21 m2 with water point, washing machine For little ones: a baby bed with mattress/playpen, high chair/bouncer, etc. are available upon request. Guest access Entry is through a gate, which opens onto a courtyard giving access to 3 accommodations.
