Experience an unforgettable stay in our amazing idyll in a historic castle environment. Our modern spacious villa is the perfect place for enjoyment with a pool and all the amenities you could wish for. Only a 10-minute bike ride from Sigtuna's city center. The 18-hole course is just around the corner as well as a neighborhood restaurant and adventure golf. When you step into our beautiful villa, you will be met by generous and tastefully decorated social areas. The large windows provide a fantastic view of the rolling fields and Garnsviken. The space Large house on three floors. On the middle floor, where the main entrance is located, there is a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with library. Here we also have the spacious well-equipped kitchen with luxurious stove equipped with double ovens and exclusive marble slabs on the work surfaces. On the lower level, we have an entrance that is equipped with a code lock and generous areas for outerwear. There is a large bathroom with shower and SPA/sauna. There is also a large bedroom with 3/4 extra beds when the really big family comes to visit. On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms with a living room in the middle. The master bedroom has a luxurious feel with a white carpet and its own luxurious bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms on the floor are equipped with wide 120 beds and have a small associated toilet. These rooms also have amazing views of meadows, forests and water. In the garden, there are 4 patios. A large terrace with dining area under the roof with infrared heating next to the kitchen. A lounge area by the pool deck with outdoor bar, barbecue and dining area in the evening sun under the pergola. A patio perfect for breakfast. And a smaller greenhouse with a sofa where you can relax on rainy days. The pool is 4*7 meters and maintains a temperature of 29 degrees. It has a vaulted pool roof, which is popular for swimming even in bad weather. A lawn is also available for use with soccer goals and various garden games. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house except for the storage/laundry room on the lower floor. The outdoor storage buildings are also private. Other things to note We have a rabbit and a dog in the house, which may be good to know if there are allergies. We also have chickens on the farm that provide lots of eggs but can also be a bit noisy. Our experience is that the children who come and visit us think it is very exciting with the animals and we think they can add an extra dimension that makes your stay worth remembering.
