Experience a unforgettable stay in our stunning idyll in historic castle setting. Our modern spacious pool villa is the perfect place for enjoyment with all the amenities you could wish for. Only a 10 minute bike ride from Sigtuna city centre. 18-hole course is just around the corner as well as neighborhood nook and adventure golf. As you step into our beautiful villa, you will be greeted by generous and tastefully decorated living areas. The large windows provide a great view of the rolling fields and Garnsviken. The space Large house on three floors. On the middle floor, where the main entrance is located, there is a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a large living room with library and cozy fireplace. Adjacent to this, we have the large well-equipped kitchen with a luxurious stove equipped with double ovens and exclusive marble countertops. Here you will find all the equipment you might need. On the lower floor we have an entrance that is equipped with keypad locks as well as generous surfaces for outerwear. It has a large bathroom with a shower and a SPA/sauna. There is also a large bedroom with 3/4 extra sleeping places when the really big family comes to visit. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with living room in the middle. The master bedroom has a luxurious feel with a white carpet and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms on the floor are equipped with wide 120 beds and have a small attached toilet. These rooms also have fantastic, undisturbed views of meadows, forests and water. It is on lovely summer days that the house comes into its own with its 4 patios in the beautiful garden. There is a large terrace with a dining area under the roof with infrared heating adjacent to the kitchen, a lounge area by the pool deck with an outdoor bar, barbecue and dining area in the evening sun under the pergola. A patio perfect for breakfast and a greenhouse with a sofa where you can relax on rainy days. Also find the small "jetty" with room for two where we enjoy the view of the rolling landscape at sunset. The pool is 4*7 meters and keeps a temperature of 29 degrees. It has a vaulted pool dachshund, which is popular for swimming even in bad weather. A lawn is also available to use with soccer goals and various garden games. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house except for the storage/laundry room on the lower floor. The outdoor storage buildings are also private. Other things to note We have a rabbit and a dog in the house, which may be good to know if there are allergies. We also have chickens on the farm that provide lots of eggs but can also be a bit noisy. Our experience is that the children who come and visit us think it is very exciting with the animals and we think they can add an extra dimension that makes your stay worth remembering.
