To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines: 1. Keep Things Clean: Please maintain cleanliness and avoid moving furniture without permission. Damages or losses will be subject to compensation. 2. Save Energy: Help conserve energy by turning off electrical appliances when not in use and keeping doors and windows closed while using air conditioning. 3. Check-Out Duties: Before leaving, please wash dishes, tidy up, and dispose of trash to avoid additional fees. A cleaning fee may apply based on room level. 4. Respect the Space: Kindly refrain from accessing cabinets or using extra linens without permission. 5. Noise Consideration: Please keep noise levels down after 11 PM out of consideration for other guests and building regulations. 6. Extra Guest Policy: Each room is designed for up to 2 guests. Additional guests may incur an extra fee of 200k per person. 7. Refund and Cancellation: Note that room rescheduling or cancellations are not supported. In certain cases, a 20% discount may be offered for future bookings. 8. No Smoking or Substances: Smoking and the use of prohibited substances are strictly prohibited. 9. Pet Policy: To maintain cleanliness and safety standards, pets are not allowed in the rooms. 10. Check-Out Procedure: Upon departure, please leave the key card on the table, ensure all electrical equipment is switched off, and securely close the door. 11. Security Policies: For the safety of all guests, we requires registration of IDs/Passports and visa photos before check-in. Please provide this information in advance for a smooth check-in process. 12. Parking: If you require parking, please let us know in advance so we can guide you on the options available (fees apply). 13. Building Amenities: Gym and swimming pool access are available with an additional fee, paying directly to the building management. 14. Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are installed outside the apartment in common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment to respect your privacy. 15.
