The space The ground floor includes an open kitchen dining and living room so the entire family and spend time together. Off the dining room is a screened in porch with another dining table and propane fire table. The king bed primary suite is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed, sleeping couch and twin trundle. This bedroom also has a Nintendo Wii. Also upstairs is a 4th bedroom-gameroom combo. This room has 3 built in twin beds and also a comfortable couch. The kids will love this room on a rainy day with a mix of old school video games. We also have a regulation size private lakeside pickleball court. Guest access Guest have full access to the house with the exception of two closets. Other things to note The Hot tub Guests will have access to the hot tub all year. There may be times when it is unavailable due to a mechanical issue. We will attempt to correct any problem however, there is no refund if the hot tub is not available. Please follow instructions upon check-in for maintaining hot tub chemicals during your stay. Lake Access A nice gradual (170 foot) walk from the house to the lake. You will have access to a private boat dock and storage room. We have a variety of water toys including: 3 kayaks, 2 adult paddle boards, 2 youth kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets (variety f sizes), lake inflatables. Use of the kayaks, paddle-boards, and other water toys are at guests' own risk and liability. NO jumping or diving off the dock the water depth varies from 0-6 feet around the dock. Location We are very close to Virginia International Raceway (VIR), Hyco Marina, Roxboro Country Club, several wineries, and other area attractions. Pets We do not allow pets.
