The space The location, the furnishings, the spacious areas, and the open areas facing the city make it a quiet, comfortable, fresh, and bright house, making your stay more pleasant, being available exclusively for your family or group of friends, without having to share spaces with strangers, even if there are rooms not occupied by whoever books the house. It also has a National Tourism Registry and Assistance Insurance. If you find this house already occupied for the dates you trip or need additional beds, I have at your disposal another independent house in this same residential block, which you can also book through Airbnb. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas and services of the house (rooms according to requested accommodation, TV room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and showers, clothes patio, interior terrace, green area, wireless wifi). Other things to note We are registered with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Colombia (RNT 57614), guaranteeing our service and attention. Guests have Hotel Assistance Insurance within the facilities of Caracol Casa Turística, during the time of stay. The day before the guests' arrival, I will ask them to fill out the Accommodation Registration Card digitally in accordance with government guidelines in Colombia, in which each of the guests (including the person responsible for the reservation) must register their data and I will also request a copy of the identity document of said responsible person. This information will be required for the establishment's delivery. Because it is located on a pedestrian street with steps, Caracol Casa Turística does not have a parking lot; however, there are several safe and economical public parking lots around the house. If any of the travelers have mobility difficulties, I recommend consulting me about access before booking, as the house is completely flat but the street is sloping and has steps (see photos).
