Clean and disinfected environment at each guest's entrance. Guest access The house offers its own covered parking, with capacity for two vehicles, and the streets are quiet in a gated community, with parking available anywhere without concern. A gated community with a nearby commercial area, without the need to use a car to go to the bakery, market, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, shops, etc... all at a distance that does not compromise the tranquility of the residential area. Other things to note The house offers beach equipment such as 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas, and an outdoor shower when returning from the beach.
