The house offers three rooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful view of the historic city. Each room can host two people with the possibility of 1 extra bed. Each room is used separately. There is a common breakfast area on the ground floor and a coworking overlooking the main square The space Each floor features its own room with a bathroom, accommodating two people. An additional rollaway bed can be added if needed. The staircase is shared. The top-floor room also includes a reading nook with views over the rooftops to the sea and the Brijuni Islands. The property retains its historical characteristics while being furnished with modern designer pieces. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating, and there is plenty of natural light throughout. Guests can enjoy views of the main square, which is vibrant with authentic Mediterranean life. The house was renovated with a sensitivity to its historical patina. We preserved the values of the past and complemented them with modern updates, bringing the antique house to new life. This has created an authentic and original experience in the heart of Istria. Short-term parking is free just in front of the house (only max 30 minutes!), and free parking is cca 250 m below (San Rocco). There is a small market on the square and some bars, there is a park nearby with a children's playground. A small city is surrounded by olive trees - great olive oil is one of the own's main attractions. Beautiful beaches are accessible by car, 5km from the house, Brioni island is near (boats from Fažana). Guest access Guests have access to their private rooms and bathrooms on each floor through a common staircase. On the ground floor, there is a common area where guests can have breakfast (available by pre-order for €15 per person). During the day, guests can use the common area for socializing, working, or relaxing.
