Gorgeous condo in a beautiful gated community

Spacious, sunny and well-equipped brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a great yard and balcony in the prestigious Gold Coast gated community. The community features 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, tennis courts and a gym. Beautiful grounds filled with flowers and palm trees. You’re a 2 min drive from the gorgeous Arashi, Boca Catalina and Malmok beaches. You can also walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The space The entire apartment and yard are yours. You’ll have a gas grill, lots of patio furniture and a hammock for those lazy post-beach naps! In the apartment you have 4G WiFi and cable. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler and provided. The kitchen comes with brand new appliances (including dish washer), coffee maker, toaster, and lots of cooking and table ware. There are spices and items in the pantry (rice, pasta, beans) for your use. The complex has a gym, but you have your own mini gym at home with weight sets, jump rope and bands — enjoy exercising in the backyard at your leisure! Additional cleaning after check-in is provided upon request for $60 per cleaning. Guest access All of the community amenities are available to guests at no charge. Other things to note We offer our car (Hyundai Elantra) for rent at $35/day. The car is parked in our spot in front of the condo.
