A quiet, comfortable house in the lovely village of Clavering, west Essex. Fully equipped kitchen, two double and one single bedrooms with a comfortable sofabed in the lounge. Quirky conservatory and large garden behind the house backing on to the beautiful countryside. 300m from the local supermarket, 300m from the Fox and Hounds, half a mile from the Cricketer's pub, hotel and resturant. One hour to London via train. The space A semi detached house. Front and rear garden with some nice bird life. Kitchen, living room, a toilet and conservatory downstairs. Bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Carpet upstairs, hardwood floor downstairs. We have a dishwasher, drier, washing machine, toaster, electric cooker and hob, fridge and freezer, TV and 500mbs wifi. Central heating with combi boiler with 24 hour hot water. This is not a "luxury" airbnb house or a hotel masquerading as an airbnb, rather this is a real home which I let out when I am abroad. Everything in working order, warm and comfortable in the winter, bright and airy in the summer when the back garden is lovely. I've found it best suited to families in need of somewhere short term to stay or professionals working in the area. Holiday makers exploring Essex or further afield also welcome.
